Causes I support
I understand and am honored to have the rare opportunity to use my platform as a Competitive Athlete to help others who are like me through monetary and other donations, and by speaking up about worthy causes. I try to make an impact on a personal level whenever I am able to. I have donated both time and money to the Accessibility Bridge Corporation so that they may continue to advocate and support people with disabilities achieve their full potential by ensuring they are included in things that matter to them.
An Inspiring Cause
The mission of the Accessibility Bridge Corporation, a 501 (c) 3 organization, is to provide wraparound supports to people with disabilities who are seeking higher levels of independence and inclusion in areas of education, housing, employment, athletics, and social skills.
They do this by partnering with and supporting communities and organizations to help them build their knowledge and capacity to support people with disabilities by developing programming, implementation plans, data collection and monitoring systems that will improve desirable outcomes in inclusive settings.
